The house at 704 Cedar Grove Road dates to 1761, with an ell addition from 1907. It's been in the Getchell family since 1883, most recently home to Gary and Judy Getchell. The property sits on 31.5 acres with roughly 2,600 feet of frontage across Cedar Grove Road and Ludwig Road, at the end of a long private drive. Wide plank flooring, exposed beams, and ceilings taller than most homes from this period are still original.
